1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Action Sports Experiences.

Bookings can be made through our website booking platform or directly with our team.

A booking is considered confirmed once all required participant information has been provided, the applicable deposit or full payment has been received, and booking confirmation has been issued.

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Private and charter experiences may require additional confirmation of availability, group requirements and payment arrangements.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings:

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of the booking amount.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount, or a full booking credit towards another available date.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
• No-shows or late arrivals: No refund will be provided if you fail to arrive or are unable to participate due to late arrival.

Any exceptions or credits outside these conditions are at the discretion of Action Sports Experiences management.

3. Booking Changes & Rescheduling

If you need to change your booking, please contact our team as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Action Sports Experiences.

Changes requested within 24 hours of your scheduled departure may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the booking value.

Where possible, we will work with you to find an alternative suitable date.

4. Weather & Operational Cancellations

Our Can-Am experiences operate in a range of weather conditions, and rain, cold temperatures or muddy terrain do not necessarily result in cancellation.

However, the safety of our guests and team is always our priority.

Action Sports Experiences reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel an experience where weather, track conditions, equipment availability or other operational circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.

If we cancel your experience, we will offer an alternative available date, booking credit or refund, as appropriate.

5. Arrival & Check-In

All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time to allow sufficient time for registration, safety briefings and preparation.

1653 Cardrona Valley Road, Cardrona, New Zealand.

Please ensure you arrive with any required identification and driver’s licence documentation.

Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time or forfeiture of the booking without refund.

6. Driver & Passenger Requirements

For the safety of all participants, the following requirements apply to our Can-Am experiences.

Drivers must:

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Hold a valid full car driver’s licence issued in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
• Present their driver’s licence at check-in.
• Be physically capable of safely operating the vehicle.
• Follow all instructions provided by guides and staff.

Passengers must:

• Be at least 10 years of age.
• Be a minimum of 145cm tall.
• Weigh at least 40kg.
• Be able to safely participate in the experience and follow all safety instructions.

Participants who do not meet the minimum requirements may be refused participation.

7. Safety Briefings & Participant Waiver

All participants are required to attend a safety briefing before taking part in an experience.

Participants must also read, acknowledge and sign the Assumption of Risk and Indemnity, Waiver of Claims, Release of Liability document before participating.

This document is available on our website for review prior to arrival. The waiver will be provided for signing in person during check-in.

Participants must follow all safety instructions, remain under the direction of their guide and operate vehicles responsibly.

Action Sports Experiences reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where safety instructions are not followed or a participant presents a risk to themselves or others.

8. Vehicle Damage & Liability

Participants are responsible for operating vehicles in accordance with the instructions and safety procedures provided.

Drivers may be financially responsible for damage to vehicles or equipment arising during their experience, subject to the applicable damage liability arrangements.

Any required damage liability or excess arrangements will be explained and confirmed before departure.

Participants should review the applicable waiver and damage liability conditions before taking part.

9. Health & Medical Conditions

Participants must advise Action Sports Experiences of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Our team may request additional information where necessary to assess suitability for participation.

Participants must not take part while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Participants are responsible for carrying any personal medication they may require during the experience.

10. Minimum Numbers & Private Bookings

Some experiences are subject to minimum participant numbers or private charter arrangements.

• Can-Am Express: No minimum participant number.
• Can-Am Express Plus: Minimum four guests across two vehicles.
• Half-Day & Full-Day Private Experiences: Booked on a private charter basis, with the full charter rate applying regardless of group size.

Where minimum numbers or availability requirements cannot be met, our team will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance covering adventure activities, medical expenses, cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.

International visitors should ensure their insurance provides suitable cover for their intended activities in New Zealand.
